[01] 16 FL OZ · 200MG CAFFEINE · L-THEANINE
20 calories, 5g of real cane sugar, and 200mg of caffeine paired with L-Theanine and Thiamine — energy that pushes you toward whatever you're building.

[02] WHY OLD SKOOL ENERGY
Most energy drinks run 30-plus grams of sugar and a label you need a chemistry degree to read. Ours is twelve ingredients and nothing in there that didn't need to be. 200mg of caffeine paired with L-Theanine, so it hits without the jitters and leaves without the crash.

[04] WHO IT'S FOR
It isn't a demographic. It's a state of being three months into something nobody has noticed yet and going back at it tomorrow anyway.
Up before the sun, truck loaded, on a jobsite where the work is the whole résumé.
Raising two kids and running a business between school runs. Nobody is handing her an easier day.
Firefighters, medics, veterans. People whose shift doesn't end when they're tired.
A bench press record, a first location, a route that finally pays. Same drink, different finish line.
[05] WHAT'S IN IT
Nothing on this list is there for marketing. It's there because the drink needs it to taste right and to still taste right two years from now on a shelf in Wyoming.
16 FL OZ (473ML) · 20 CAL · 5G SUGARS · 25MG SODIUM · 37MG POTASSIUM · THIAMIN 1MG (80% DV) · 200MG CAFFEINE
No Prop 65 warning. Because there's nothing on it that needs one…DUH
We didn't set a number and work backward. Twelve is what's left after you stop adding things you don't need. No filler, no proprietary blend, no ingredient in there to look impressive on a label.
Sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and EDTA are what give a can a two-year shelf life instead of a two-week one. We read the studies on all three before they went in. EDTA keeps the flavor from turning and keeps mold out — it isn't a toxin.
Five grams of real cane sugar isn't enough sweetness on its own, and thirty grams isn't happening. There's a small amount of sucralose to bridge the gap — we could quadruple it and still be under the FDA limit.
None of our ingredients are on California's Prop 65 list, so there's no warning to print. The label was vetted by a law firm before it ever went on a can.
This is a better alternative, not a health food. We're not going to pretend otherwise. Figures are from our own can panel — 16 fl oz (473ml).
